Every placement comes with a 30-day free replacement guarantee. If your new hire leaves or doesn’t work out in their first 30 days, we find you a replacement at no extra cost.
How the guarantee works
- The guarantee starts on your new hire’s first day and runs for 30 days.
- If they resign, stop showing up, or you let them go in that window, tell us as soon as you can.
- We restart the search for the same role and bring you a new short list — no new fee.
- The exact terms are written into your client agreement before the search begins, so there are no surprises.
