These terms apply when you use abusybee.me or submit information to us through our forms. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Who we are
ABusyBee.me (“ABusyBee”, “we”, “us”) is a recruiting service that helps employers find people for full-time roles and helps job seekers find work.
2. For job seekers
- We never charge job seekers a fee — not for applying, being considered or being placed.
- Submitting your details does not guarantee an interview, a job offer or employment. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by ABusyBee.
- ABusyBee is not your employer. If you are hired, your employment relationship, pay and conditions are with the employer that hires you.
- We pass on job details provided by employers in good faith, but we cannot guarantee that every detail about a role, pay or schedule is complete or will not change.
3. For employers
Our recruiting services are provided under a separate written agreement that sets out the fees, payment terms and replacement guarantee for your search. Anything on this website about pricing (such as “as low as $100”) or guarantees (such as the 30-day free replacement) is a general summary — the signed agreement always controls. Submitting our client form does not create a contract or any obligation to pay.
4. Information you submit
- You agree that the information you give us is accurate, current and your own (or that you are authorized to share it).
- Job seekers allow us to share their relevant profile with prospective employers for roles they are being considered for, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Please do not submit sensitive information such as Social Security or national ID numbers, bank details or health information through our forms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, or submit false information
- Copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the site by automated means
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
- Impersonate another person or business
6. Third-party services and links
Our forms are hosted by Google Forms, and the site links to other services such as our social media pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Our content
The ABusyBee name, logos, mascot, text and design of this website belong to ABusyBee. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, other than sharing links to the site.
8. Equal opportunity

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law, and we work only with employers who agree to do the same.
9. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will always be available, error-free or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ABusyBee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for our recruiting services is governed by the written agreement for those services.
11. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the laws of the place where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
