Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

This policy explains what personal information ABusyBee.me collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We keep it as short and plain as we can.

1. Who we are

ABusyBee.me (“ABusyBee”, “we”, “us”) is a recruiting service that connects job seekers with employers for full-time roles. For anything in this policy, see how to contact us below.

We are the “controller” of the personal information described here.

2. Information we collect

From job seekers (our applicant form and conversations with us)

From employers (our client form and conversations with us)

From everyone who visits the website

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Please do not send us sensitive information such as Social Security or national ID numbers, bank details or health information through our forms — we will ask for anything an employer legitimately needs later, through the appropriate channel.

3. How we use your information

If you are in the EU, the UK, Serbia or another country with similar laws, we rely on these legal bases: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement, our legitimate interests in running a recruiting business, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

5. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may send you text messages about job opportunities, interviews, scheduling and next steps.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.

6. International transfers

Our team and service providers may work from different countries, including the United States and Serbia. Your information may therefore be stored and accessed in the United States and in other countries whose data protection laws may differ from yours. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards, such as our providers’ standard contractual clauses, to protect it.

7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To use any of these rights, contact us. We will respond within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. If you are in the EU, UK or Serbia, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can see it.

10. Age

Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and job seekers must meet the minimum legal working age for the roles they apply for.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page.

12. Contact

Reach us through the forms on our website: employers via the client form, job seekers via the application form. If your message is about your personal information, start it with “Privacy request” so it reaches the right person quickly. You can also reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving texts.
