Questions

Logistics / Freight — straight answers.

Do you recruit owner operators and lease-to-purchase drivers?

Yes. Alongside company drivers we place lease-to-purchase drivers and owner operators — tell us which arrangement you’re looking for and we only bring you matching roles or candidates.

How do you match drivers to carriers?

On the things that make drivers stay: lanes, home time, equipment and pay structure. A driver who wants to be home every night never gets put forward for a four-weeks-out OTR seat.

Does it cost drivers anything?

Never. Carriers pay our fee — drivers don’t pay to apply, be matched or be hired.
